JUNK! Set it down & walk away!

Bought this scale this evening for my daughter & I to share as it says it can store data for up to four users. Got it home and out of the box only to find there were absolutely no instructions what so ever. It looks as though it has been used and returned, as there were already "users" set up on the scale and we couldn't change any of the data. We tried to weigh ourselves on it and the results were wildly inconsistent! My daughter weighed in almost 100# light, as well s myself at over 80# light. tried again, got numbers 50-60 over. Needless to say I will package this piece of junk up and drive 5 miles one way back to BBB and get my money back!

BR scales are useless

I received these scales for Christmas. I HATE THEM! I am on my way to return them today. The instructions say to step on electrodes to get all of the added information (%s) but give you no idea where the electrodes are! I entered everything and with daily weighings I have only succeeded twice in getting the info to flash. I have stepped off, reset it and stepped back on in the identical spot and get the Err Err Err Err feedback. This is the reason we bought these scales. What a disappointment!

Stand on it three times and get three different weights! The barker at the carnival was more accurate than this scale.
I too bought it because of the Weight Watchers endorsement. Shame on me and Boo! to WW.
The only good news was I used a 20% off email coupon from BBB so I was only ripped off $48.00. Save the box and the receipt and send it back.

That didnt bother me as bad when i go to weigh myself the next week..And my weighted changed three times by a couple pounds... I wont use it again... I guess i really will have to spend $100 to get a good scale.....

( i put it in the kitchen so i have to walk past it to the fridge lol)

This scale has never measured accurately. I'm small and my husband is big. It doesn't weigh either of us with any consistency. And, most of the time I get an ERR message when I try to use the body percentage features. (My husband has better luck with this feature. Is it my small feet?) But, the weirdest thing of all is that I ALWAYS weigh LESS if I weigh with my slippers on. This scale was a TOTAL waste of money.

This scale does not work in the manner described by its packaging or its instruction manual. I am quite sure that its buttons do not work, and thus am unable to replicate the errors described by other who got further with this thing than I did. Very poorly made. Should be removed from the market. BB&B should not sell this thing at all.

I made the mistake and purchased this product -- what a waste of $60. The scale has NEVER given an accurate weight -- has always fluctuated anywhere from 5-10 within MINUTES of me weighing myself. Each time I weigh in - the scale is ALWAYS in the same exact spot on my bathroom floor. I've been so frustrated with what I thought was "yo-yo" dieting (even though my clothes still fit me fine) I haven't been on the scale for about three weeks. I got on the scale this morning and it said I weighed 287 pounds!!! In reality, I weigh 130 pounds. This scale SUCKS!

Wow. What a waste of money.
I bought the scale less than a year ago and have been using it to weigh myself at least once a month. Stepping on the scale several times in a row would always result in a different weight +/- .5 lb, but I figured close enough. When not in use, it was always stored on a flat surface with nothing on top of it in a cupboard.
So finally, today, I decide it's time to use the body fat measuring tool, only to find that the Set and User buttons to the right of the display are completely non-responsive. At one point, after not knowing what exactly I pressed (there are only 2 buttons to choose from to the right of the display, I should add) it allowed me to set my info as "User 1".
Doesn't matter, though, because I can't seem to pull up User 1 now no matter how hard or gently I tap the user button, or no matter how long I hold the button down.
Junk, junk, and more junk. Wish I'd bought something else.

I am returning this scale after having it 4 days. It is VERY inconsistent with the weight (fluctuating by as much as 20 pounds ib 10 min). I got on the scale & saw the weight which I knew was too low.... tried it again and it kept fluctuating- would not hold a weight- and I was very still. got on it 10 min later & the weight was up 20 pounds....

This is the worst piece of junk I have ever purchased. I am on Weight Watchers and was looking for a reliable way to track weight at home. The scale is totally unreliable not being able to give the same or close 2-3 times in a row. The body analysis info has not worked since about the first week and I have gone back to an analogue scale

If you stand on a scale several consecutive times, you would expect to get the same weight or at least weights very close to each other. Here are 5 consecutive weights from this scale: 174.2, 176.3, 177.7, 175.1, 178.8 Dont buy this scale. Its to inaccurate to tell if are losing weight. I understand why Weight Watchers stopped endorsing them.

I bought the Biggest Loser scale b y Taylor, and returned in in 4 days. It kept saying Err. So, I bought this WW scale. I returned it because it is not accurate and never displays the same information twice. After the numbers have fluctuated by 10 pounds over 10 minutes, or the weight goes up and down and can't find a number to settle on, and then Err is diplayed, For me, it was time to return it. I am trying to keep a record of my weight loss, and thought this scale could do that for me. I was seriously disappointed with this scale. I wonder if the picture says it all. 140 pounds.

Best Scale Ever!

We tried the Biggest Loser scale by Taylor and returned it 5 days later - our weights wildly fluctuated by as much as 2 lbs after 3 sucessive tries. We are replacing a 4-yr old Weight Watcher scale that is also wonky. The new WW scale gives each of us the exact same weight 3 times in a row and I've had it for 2 weeks now. I think the 3 sensors help us to place our feet consistently in the same spot each time. Plus, it's kind of ergo-curved for proper feet placement too. We love the body analysis and bone mass info too. I think our old WW scale has gone wonky because the battery is probably gone. In my opinion, once the battery goes on these scales, you need to replace the whole scale because changing the battery often ruins the scale.

The results from this scale are not reliable. It changes too much. If I weight 5 times in a row, it can be off my as much as 5-6 lbs between those attempts. Its very frustrating to not trust the scale.

I followed the instructions to a tee, and it works beautifully, I have had no drastic ups or downs in the calculations. It has only been one week, but I will report back in one month

This is my first scale and I just received it as a christmas gift. In three successive attempts, I've found it to change as much as 4lbs. According to this scale, I've lost as much as 6 lbs between xmas eve and the day after xmas. I can assure you that is not correct!
I was hoping to find other reviews online but apparently BB&B is the only place this is sold. It's not even on the Weight Watchers or Conair sites.
