Love this Keurig. It heats and pours fast. It is worth the extra money than settling for the other, cheaper brands. I bought a cheaper brand originally, and it took too long to heat and brew. It has to reheat each time. This Keurig is much faster.

My second favorite way of brewing "FLAVORFUL" coffee . French press came in first, but if you add in the convienance of the Keurig, its tied. This is the basic model with no fancy bells and wistles. The one I received has the upgrade. It now has 3 selections of cup size. BB&B hasn't changed there product description of this model yet. The 3 cup sizes allows you to play around with the "brew strength". That is something you will have to do yourself and find out how you like each coffee. The largest cup setting is like most peoples average cup of coffee. This one DOES NOT have the Auto on feature. I know that matters to a lot of people. It only takes less than 2 minutes for water to be ready for brewing. This can also be used for hot water to make your own tea, cocoa, ramen noodles etc... If I had to complain about something it would be the water pump on this model is a bit noisy, don't know about the other models. All in all the Keurig makes a awesome cup of coffee no matter which model you buy. Remember: " Life Is Too Short Too Drink Bad Coffee".

I ordered this product on line and had it wrapped and shipped to my son for Christmas. When he went to fill it with water it leaked out all over his counter. Apparently it might have been damaged in shipping or it was a bad apple. Much to my embarrasment he had to take it back and the nearest store location was 40 miles away from him.

The coffee comes out hotter then it did with any of my previous coffee makers. I would definitely recommend this macine. Of course you have to find the coffee that you like to use with it, as some brands are very strong. Buying a sample package of the K-cups is the best way to go to find what you prefer.

What A GREAT cup of coffee. On the market today are countless different coffees available to you, including Dunkin Donut et al. This one is bundled with a box of different ones from which to choose (Italian, French...lite, heavy or decafinated etc), in case you just hit upon the one you love. And hot? This cup is REALLY hot! You'll love it. Jury is out though re: long range durability of unit. Enjoy!

My household had had the Platinum edition. For the price of the machine and then the price of the k-cups, inconsistency was not tolerated. The above is our second machine and so far so good. I personally think the simplicity of it makes it better. It seems as though the more bells and whistles an appliance has, the more that can go wrong. I would say it was a surprise to find out that this machine now has three size settings for your beverage, namely, an additional smaller size. Still, it has fewer bells and whistles than some of the more expensive models and so far there have been fewer problems for us.

I had used a Keurig machine at a past job and really liked the coffee it made, so my husband bought this for me for my recent birthday. Neither of us are huge coffee drinkers, but we both like a cup in the morning. I bought the Hazelnut Cream coffee by Millstone, and we love it. My husband also bought hot chocolate K-Cups, and is enjoying those. We love our Keurig, and cannot wait to have company so everyone can make the kind of coffee they want!
