Scanpan® Classic cutlery is fully forged from one piece of hi-carbon, no-stain German steel for the best performance, and each knife is individually tested for the correct Rockwell hardness of 57. The 20° grinding angle maintains its shape over a long time and is easily re-sharpened. The ergonomically designed tri-lobal handle provides a secure grip, even when wet. Dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended. Limited lifetime warranty.
