This is seriously the best and easiest way to make hot cocoa. Milk Chocolate is better than the Dark Chocolate and more like you would make at home. Also a great diversity for friends/family/kids who don't drink coffee.

Didn't taste right and I noticed if i let it sit and cool down for a while, there was a sort of oily sheen to the top of my hot chocolate. So I took some advice and made sure to shake the cup really good before brewing, still tasted like chocolate water to me. I add a few chocolate chips to mine, then it's pretty good.

This is great for kids or adults anytime. The flavor is full but not too sweet. With 0 trans fat/1 g fat and 9 g sugar , this makes a nice low 60 calorie treat without eating the sweets. You can also compliment it with flavored creamers for a posh taste when entertaining.

This the best Hot Choc for K-Cup. Yes, taste can be bland & not as sweet as reg. hot choc, as most people expect. But, shake up K-Cup & add sweetner, whip cream or choc syrup & taste is great, especially for only 70 calories. I am so disappointed BBB is putting hot choc on clearance.

I love the hot chocolate K-cups. I've read a few of the more negative reviews and offer a suggestion.... Shake the K-cup before you put it in the machine. I'll guarantee you the flavor will improve. I had the same opinion as most and my brother is the one who told me to shake it up. Give it a try and see if the taste improves.

The chocolate tastes like a "lite" or low calorie chocolate...but it isn't! Even on the "small cup" setting, it tasted watered down.
My kids were disappointed in it, too.
I had the same brand of Cafe Mocha and didn't like it for the same reason.

I purchased this hot chocolate despite the warnings of other customers. I am a chocolate lover. I figured, how bad could it be? Well, it's pretty bad. The chemical taste couldn't even be masked with Mint Chocolate liquor. Save your money and make it the old-fashioned way- with a hot cocoa packet/ chocolate syrup/ anything but this, and milk. :)
