Save your money!

Very disappointed. It takes too long to chill (reds = 30+ min. and whites = 1 hour +). Some champagne bottles do not even fit in the cooler. You are better off saving your money and chilling your wine in the refrigerator/freezer.

Mine quit working after only two uses so I just returned it for store credit.

3 hrs later my wine still wasn't chilled to the temp it was set for & you can hear the fan going the whole time. Didnt chill whole bottle.

Horrible, save your money

Tried this for the first time tonight. Had a pre-chilled bottle of white wine at 48 degrees, it's been running for 1.5 hours trying to get to 49 degrees, seems to be stuck at 59 even though the bottle is almost empty. Even with 20% off this product is the worst. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Took 2 hours to supposedly chill white wine. As other review stated only the bottom half was even moderately chilled. Freezer works much better.

saw this in the store and was excited when I rec'd it as a christmas gift. first. a normal bottle of champagne will not fit in it. even if it did, I doubt it would ever get cold enough. Kinda dissapointed that it does not cool down the white OR red in a reasonable amount of time. I could just as easily use the fridge OR freezer like Ive always done and save valuable counter space. I feel sorry that my gift giver wasted their $$

Received this item as a Christmas gift and was very excited. The unit takes over an hour to chill the wine to the set temperature. And only the bottom half of the bottle was chilled. The top of the bottle was still at room temperature. Tried mixing the bottle and putting it back in, but the results were the same. I agree with the other user; it’s quicker to chill a bottle in the freezer.
If you're looking to keep an already chilled both of wine cool, not cold, unit could be useful, otherwise, don't bother, stick it in the freezer.

Chiller takes forever. It's faster to stick a bottle of wine in the freezer than wait for the chiller to finish. When we took our bottle of red wine out of the chiller, the back of bottle was cold and front was still warm. Takes 75 minutes to chill a white wine and it doesn't even come close to being chilled enough. Ended up putting the white in the freezer for 5 more minutes. Returning product. Don't waste your money.
