I bought this Haan sanitizing steam cleaner based on the fact that I have always had great experience with Haan products in the past. In fact, I absolutely love my Haan floor sanitizer as it does an impeccable job and is made of superb quality.

With that said this little sanitizing steam cleaner has the potential to do a great job as it produced a ton of steam when I used it, and the amount of time that it took to produce it was very fast. The quality of the actual product seemed very good overall, and it's appearance/size was pleasing. The issue with this is that the accessories are just too cheaply constructed. Within less than 10 minutes of cleaning, the primary nozzle broke off the steamer under minimal pressure from just the task of steaming and lightly scrubbing my kitchen sink. This made the machine useless, as you only get one of these nozzles with the product. I returned the product immediately to BB&B for a full refund with no questions asked.

Works ok except the water reservoir is tiny. I couldn't even get the soap scum cleaned off my bathroom faucet before it ran out of water. What a waste of money. I would NOT buy this product.

Lime scale that will not come off

I have lived in this house for 4 years and the lime scale is crazy. I could not get it off with anything. I finally got it off with this. Since I have a 2 and 3 year old it is nice to not use chemicals.

Best cleaning tool I have purchased in years. I received this 2 weeks ago and have been steaming everything. I have a spa bathtub in my kids bathroom where the jets were black. I had tried everything and the steamer did the job. It cleaned out the jets on the bathtub with ease. I have not tried it on glass as it says do not use on cold glass. I have steam cleaned all my picture frames that are very ornate. Very simple to use and I was surprised at how long you can use it until refilling it. I have decided to buy all my nieces one for christmas. I also cleaned all my window seals and every part of my kitchen. Love Love this product.
