I purchased this vacuum cleaner only four years ago, and now it has to be replaced. The first item to go was the plastic hose that runs from the bottom of the vacuum to the bagless canister. It cracked right where it connects to the canister. I fixed that up with tape, and then the brush stopped rotating. It's always been too heavy to haul up and down the stairs, and the HEPA filter is of little use when you (the allergy-prone person in the house) have to take the canister out to the garbage can and shake out the dust. The attachments constantly fall off, and we rarely used them anyway except as a "sword" for my four-year-old. The next one will require bags and will not have any of those irritating attachments.

I have three cats AND allergies. This vacuum is fantastic. It cleans wonderfully and has held up great. The filters in it are really efficient and they really do clean the air. I would buy this vacuum a million times over again.

Love this vacuum. Great suction, works on all floor types, and is so easy to use. It is easy to empty and clean. All the tools work great. The hose is nice and long so I don't have to keep moving the vacuum as I am working around the room.

I bought this vacuum becuase of my son's severe allergies to dust and dust mites. This is a great vacuum. It really sucks (and I mean that in a good way). Since we have been using it in his room and the rest of the house his symptoms have greatly decreased. The only draw back is that it is a bit heavy and cumbersome, but the positives certainly outway this. Great vacuum!

If your anything like me before you buy anything important you have to read review after review to make sure that what your buying is the right choice. Well I am happy to say that after much review and research I'm very pleased with this purchase. This vacuum is better than I could of imagined and was very happy when I used the stairs attachment and saw how great it worked as well it is easy to empty and put back together and has a really long cord which is great when your dealing with stairs. The only drawback that someone may have with the vacuum is the weight. It could be on the little heavy side for some. Overall I highly recommend this vacuum .
