Beautiful Lamp - But it doesn't work

I've purchased three of these lamps. The first one had a part missing so we returned it. The second lamp worked for a while on both settings, but after about two weeks, the setting of solid color quit. Meanwhile, I had ordered a third lamp for a friend of mine. Same thing happened to that lamp. I should return them both, but it's too much trouble. Plus I LOVE the lamp, even if it doesn't work properly. Believe me, when it does work with both settings, it's spectacular. My husband says the problem is a timing device. Sure wish they would fix it....I'd buy these for a lifetime!

Fiber Optic is Wonderful But Doesn't Work

We've had such awful experience with this lamp, which is simply beautiful! Our first shipment did not contain a part needed to assemble. Bed, Bath and Beyond graciously let us return the lamp to a local store and I ordered another one. This one had all the parts, but before a month was over the solid color part of the experience was not working, leaving us only with the varied color lamp. Meanwhile, I had ordered yet another lamp for a very sick friend. He loved it, but I am waiting to hear the news that it's not working properly. We are going to return our second lamp, and I think I'll order another one hoping to get one to work properly.

This was easy to assemble and has three heights available which you can choose when putting it together as it has three separate post parts, I only used one because I needed a short height lamp. The colors are nice.
