Great Christmas Gift

My husband bought me this for Christmas, as we wanted to have a homemade pizza and game night. We tried it out last night and it worked excellently. I put a bit of oil on it and heated the stone before putting the pizza on it. By the time we had pulled out 4 or 5 pizzas, I didn't even have to oil the stone. It worked like a charm and the crust turned out nice and crispy, but without being over done. All of our friends raved about the pizza; definitely a success and I've already given my friends the product name!

Got this for xmas last year and use it at least once a week! Works much better then some of the cheaper stones I've tried. Great for pizza and also good for cookies. Bought this for my in-laws who just retired, and they've been having fun experimenting with different types of pizza. Definitely using this as my go-to gift for friends and family.

I purchased the 15" Hartstone Baking Stone - Pizza thinking it would be ideal for use in my pizza oven - cleaner and easier than placing the pizza directly on the "floor" or base of the oven. Prepare the pizza on the stone and slide it into the oven. Who would've known despite the propaganda on the packaging that it can''t handle a real pizza oven?! Despite being placed nowhere near the embers it last all but 1 minute before cracking into pieces. It did NOT even survive the making of a single pizza. Very unimpressive; terribly disappointing.

Throw away the Pizza Peel

The Hartstone Pizza Stone is awesome. No more heating the stone and then trying get the pizza off of a peel onto the hot stone in a hot oven.

I place the pizza dough right on the room temperature stone. Then I put the sauce, cheese and other good stuff on the dough and place the stone and pizza directly in a hot oven.

Perfect pizza every time. And the stone is non-stick and dishwasher safe. Making pizza at home could not be easier with this product. No more store bought pizzas.
