I was skeptic at first about this product because of it's low price. After a couple of uses, I really like these knives. I have no use for the sharpener since I can't use this correctly. Would have liked to seen this omitted and another knife in it's place. Other than that, a great set of knives for the price.

I have been using these for 10 months, and washing them in the dishwasher (even though they say not too -- oops). They are holding up great -- no rust spots, no loose handles, no noticeable dulling, nothing. Knives come in a whole wide range of prices, but I wouldn't pay more when you can get these, and be pretty much set.

Item arrived with handles cracked. I can only assume if the handles were cracked before use that over time, the same would happen with continued use. Will look for a higher quality set.

These are great knives. We received them for our wedding, and have made good use of them. The block is nice looking and has grippers on the bottom so it doesn't move around too much. They seem to be high quality knives, and have done fine in our dishwasher (didn't notice that part above). We haven't had any problems and haven't used the sharpener yet.

These were given to my ex and I as a Christmas gift when we still together. When she moved out, she took them with her. I will be heading over to to the store to buy another set tomorrow, because these are the best knives I've ever used, and for the price, you can't beat it! The steak knives are great too if you like your meat on the rare side like me. They have some sharp, spread out serrations which makes quick work of red meat.

we received these off our registry, used them one time and there were rust spots all over them that would not come off. definitely returning to store. kinda bummed because we have a nice set of knives, but wanted a semi decent set that we could use for everday use. they are worse than a ten dollar set of everyday knives we have now :( I will say this- they do cut well and are sharp.. but we also didnt give it time enough to tell how quickly they will go dull.. not willing to risk anything with the rust that occured.

I got theses knifes for college, and I have loved them. I have used them almost every day to cut bone in meat to fruits and vegetables and they are still sharp. I highly recommend them to any one!

I received these as a wedding shower gift, along with a set of $100 knives. These are the best knives I've ever used. All of the pieces are sturdy, and the set comes with a knife sharpener even though I have yet to have to use it. The caddy is very sturdy, and fits easily into the kitchen, within easy reach whenever they are needed. Needless to say, I haven't unboxed the pricey knives yet, and don't plan on it. I absolutely recommend these, for anyone!
