I got a replacement of the previous one and the new one is now working very well. It can maintain hot water for more than 12 hrs. That's exactly what I want. I do recommend the item now but hope the company could have better QA on their products. But the custom service from the company is very helpful and they are very nice and patient.

Pump doesn't work at all

The review for this product before were all good, so I decided to order it. I just got mine but I just couldn't get water out of it no matter how I try. I have no idea what to do. I called the company technical service and they said they are gonna send me a new pump and top. I haven't received the parts yet. Will see whether it will work or not. If not, I have to return this product. I don't think I did anything wrong. This product was out of stock for long. As soon as they were available, I ordered right away. Maybe this batch are all bad...

This is a replacement for one that broke. The pump lever snapped and couldn't be fixed so I ordered the exact same thing again. You can't beat the vacuum glass liner in these pump pots, they really work to keep the coffee (or whatever) hot for an extended period of time.

I purchased this Oggi pumpmaster to save leftover coffee for the morning. It works just great! The coffee stays very warm like it's supposed to! Have tried the stainless coffee carafes too and they just don't hold the warmth for very long. Will always choose the glass lined thermos type carafes from now on!!!!! Highly recommend this product!

The pump handle broke

I used it for 2 weekends. It kept the coffee very hot but the pump was very difficult to use. During the second use, a plastic part snapped under the lid. I have to return it.

I love this air pot!! I bought mine 3 yrs ago and it has been simply amazing. I use it at large events and it has served me well. Only problem is...I need more! I am buying the 3-L version today!! The product was shipped quickly which was great because we needed it immediately for a party. So, we kept it even though it was shipped damaged. The side was slightly dented and the handle broke off as soon as it was touched. We didn't have time to return it and the stores do not have any in stock which is why we got it off the internet. We were very disappointed in the quality of the product. It did serve the purpose it needed.
