Antimicrobial inhibitors are incorporated directly and permanently into the Gusto Grip Basics polypropylene handles during the manufacturing process so you can be worry-free. Plus, the knife block itself is hollow to improve hygiene and reduce contamination from build-up. Simply remove the base and clean easily.
