Excellent! Wide mouth fits whole turnips, peppers!

I'd been getting frustrated with my last food processor, whose mouth was so small, I'd have to cut things lengthwise to fit them in. Well, no more! The wide mouth on this baby can take several whole vegetables at a time, please has an optional narrow mouth for when the wide mouth is too big, like for carrots, rhubarb, or scallions.

I have not yet used it for anything liquid, so I cannot speak to that, but for shredding and slicing, it earns an A+.

This replaced a very old Cuisinart that had been used to death. Wow, what a difference. It doesn't have so many separate parts as my old one and the motor is powerful enough to make easy work of anything I put in it. Plus it looks great on the counter.

I went with Cuisinart when it came time to upgrade my food processor based on my experience with the brand. I'm a personal chef & many of my clients have Cuisinart food processors. I also have a 3 cup Cuisinart that I love. I went with this particular model primarily based on other reviews. I was not disappointed. The machine works great, is easy to put together and looks great to boot!

I just received this machine and all I can say is WOW, I don't cook huge portions so tried slicing just an orange, WOW, it happened so fast, I missed it, also bought this machine to make hoummus and WOW, it worked better than my previous blender. AND the 10 year motor warranty is also a WOW!! Do NOT hesitate to get this machine, only tried it for the first time today, but am expecting many more years of use!!

How did I ever live without this?!?!!?!?! I've made so much in the three weeks that I've had it. It cuts prep time for almost everything in half! My only complaint - cleaning. There's a groove in the slicing and shredding discs that is hard to clean out. Also, the ridges in the pushers are hard to clean. Of course, stainless doesn't wipe off as beautifully as they show it to. Overall though - beyond pleased!

This is my first food processor after many years of cooking and chose the Cuisinart after reading all the positive reviews. I was impressed by the way that it was packaged and the instructions for unpacking. It is easy to use, very quiet and I was amazed at how quickly it prepares the food. I will never forget the first thing processed-horseradish from our garden-and look forward to many years of use.
