We had no problem when we finally put it up. Just perfect. The molly bolts worked well. I now have to find an extra long curtain. I really love it; it makes the bath look so elegant.

Easy to install, except the anchors that were included were flimsy and had to take a trip to the hardware store. Once installed, it looks great!

This is a great shower rod. Well made, easy to install and looks fantastic. The only problem is with the molly bolts that are included for installation. Two of these broke and their expanding toggles fell back through the wall with very little force applied. I threw them all away and used some other ones I had on hand. Do yourself a favor and get some quality molly bolts from a hardware store before you begin installation.

The product is wonderful. I haven't purchased a shower rod in years. In fact, my previous shower had a hideous sliding vinyl door. Upon re-doing the bathroom, I had this product installed. Being that it's curved, there is a great deal of room within the shower. I would definitely recommend it.

This product is amazing! It's so handy and elegant!
The only thing difficult about this instillation is that you do have to attach it with nails or screws. It comes with screws and drywall anchors but we personally didn't bother to use the anchors. The first time we installed it we used drywall nails which held amazingly, but it sucked when we moved because we couldn't pry them out very easily. This time we just used some normal screws long enough to go threw the drywall. It's more than sufficient to sturdily support the bar. If you intend to have children hanging off of it, not so much and you should use anchors.
As for the cap complaint, it's a rounded bar, of course it wouldn't fit on perfectly at any rotation. The larger swell on the cap needs to be on the INSIDE of the bar curve, so on the shower side. The black guide clip inside will easily rotate in the cup so just rotate it to the correct position and push. Easy!

I was actually surprised to see that there were reviews that said there was a problem with installing this. My husband and I bought this after installing a new tub in the main bathroom and had no problem at all. In fact we are going to buy one for our master bath. Loved it and would buy it again.

This shower rod was a good purchase for our smaller bathroom. It was a little difficult to install as the reviews below will indicate, but it is a very nice rod and I would recommend it to someone looking for a nice way to decorate the shower.

This product is horrible. While the product looks lovely, installation is a nightmare. The round covers that hide the screws and mounting hardware do not snap into place. I have an older home built in the late 1970s. One of the shower walls is just off square, barely, and I have medium textured walls. Both make it impossible to not create circular patterns in the walls when trying to snap the covers into place. I installed a different curved shower rod in my other bathroom (got it at Kohl's) and it was, by far, much easier to install. I am very disappointed with this product.
