I found this set while browsing a registry. The bride had registered for the very same thing at another store, however, the price was better at BBB, so we were able to get more bang for the buck!

Great everyday dishes that can transition easily and go with other dinnerware!

I was so excited to get new dinnerware and this set is amazing. It is a great price for an 8 seat set. So many were very high priced and too thin. Thanks to getting early wedding presents. I have them all washed and ready to go for thanksgiving!
I hope others enjoy this product as much as we do.

Sturdy, Elegant, Versatile

Received this for our wedding. A very sturdy, versatile set for casual or more formal, if you dress it up with nice linens, flatware, crystal, napkin rings, etc. Washes well in the dishwasher, goes with everything. We weren't thrilled with any of the fine china choices available so we opted for this set with the goal of upgrading in the future. But I must say we are very happy with it! I don't envision upgrading any time soon.

Simple and Beautiful

I had been looking for over four months at different dinnerware sets for our new house. Since my husband is in the Army, I know we will be moving a lot and I wanted the dinnereware set I chose for us to coordinate well in many different settings. I had almost bought the French Countryside collection from Mikasa (almost IDENTICAL to this), but I luckily seen this instead :) The antique white is not as heavy as the French Countryside, thereby making the pieces easier to deal with on a daily basis. Don't let that fool you into thinking it is not as durable though. This set is chip-resistant, and safe for the microwave, dishwasher and freezer.

As a previous review stated, this set can be dressed up and down very easily. It looks so much better in person (a soft ivory to white) than in the tiny picture provided here. There are also many coordinating pieces you can purchase seperately. I would recommend the cereal bowls and pasta bowl sets additionally.

I highly recommend.
