This is a great popcorn popper.

Love listening to the corn being popped reminds me
of old times, when we used to make it the old fashioned way.

Just put some oil in the bottom of an old pan - then start shaking it. Sometimes, on Halloween, folks would give out a napkin with hot popcorn in it. MMMMM that was so good.

I love pop corn and this product really pops well. The kernels come out crisp! But,
The lid does not stay on in order to use clear container as a bowl or to be able to turn it over to pour out pop corn!

This is the best small appliance I have ever purchased.
Every popcorn kernnel pops, I use less than a teaspoon
of oil for about 1/4 cup of popping corn. The taste is
almost movie theater quality; I use a top grade of pop corn. My 4 yr old grandson loves this healthy treat and
loves to watch the popping action. Clean up is a snap;
just put everything in the dishwasher, except, of course,
the electrical base.

I am a popcorn attic, anybody that knows me understands my love of popcorn! I do not use microwave popcorn at all. I actually popped popcorn the old school way. Oil in a pot and over the stove, SHAKE, SHAKE! However, when I came across this popcorn popper I am now in popcorn heaven! Very easy to use and clean. Thank you Cuisinart for making it simple!

Fantastic Popper

I love my popcorn and make it several times a week. When my old air popper gave up, I went on the hunt for a new one that would be easy to use, easy to clean, and that would produce great popcorn. This one puts out a solid 8 cups of air popped corn and leaves very few "old maids". It's pretty healthy too since you can pop with just a small amount of oil. Just wipe out the base with a damp towel and put the bowl in the dishwasher when you are done. I definitely recommend this popper!

This system is designed so well for easy cleaning and use - well done yet again, cuisinart! My husband is a celiac, so popcorn is one of his regular go-to snacks. This thing saves us so much money on the bagged popcorn, and we can flavor it to our taste and eat it out of the same container it was popped in. I've used air poppers in the past and had plenty of popcorn end up on the floor or be a pain to clean. This is fantastic, highly recommend.

Best popcorn ever

This is our second of these popcorn makers... and I've recommended them to several friends as well as given them as gifts.
I don't care for 'air popped', and this is the next best as far as not using much oil. You need very little as the 'arm' that goes around keeps the kernals from sticking.
The venting at the top eliminates trapping the moisture as the popcorn pops, and hence no chewiness... just really, really great popcorn!

This popcorn maker is great!! I'm not a fan of airpopped popcorn because it tends to be chewy. Not the case with this popper!! It's much easier to use when making popcorn for my small child to avoid using a pan on the stove. He loves being able to see the popcorn popping and i love that i dont have to worry about burning something on the stove while keeping him away from the stove so he isnt getting burned!! It leaves very few unpopped kernels and pops everything pretty quickly. VERY easy to use. A MUST for anyone who likes popcorn. Since recieving mine for my birthday last year, i've purchased 3 more for others as gifts and they have all said the same thing- one of the best kitchen gadgets out there for popcorn lovers!!!

i love it works great also easy to clean too , also love the DEMO on this help me make the buy . wish bed and bath did more Demo like this . went to the store and picked it up. love it just like movies popcorn . went to gordons foods and got the popcorn and oil , salt . and just like movies. its great and no mess
