As others have stated, my experience with this bath pillow is so-so. On the plus side, it is comfortable and simple to use. I did not have any issues with the suction cups coming off, as some folks seem to have (you just have to slide it off, not pull it off). However, where the product fails is in the design. After a few months, water begins to seep in, and it becomes waterlogged. At times, you can hear air whistling out, right next to your ear, which is quite annoying. After it became too waterlogged (there's no way to dry it out), I had to toss it.

As many other reviewers have said, the suction cups fall off very easily and since there are none on the top half it doesn't stay up anyway. It would probably feel comfortable but not when you can't get it to stay in place.

Disappointing

One of the suction cups tore off the second time I used it. I'm really disappointed because I was so excited about getting to use this pillow. We got it for our wedding and used it once for about 10 minutes. Then I just took a long bath after a hard week, and the corner tore and one of the suction cups came off. Maybe the bath was too long? I don't know, but I'm sad.

I thought this would help my neck cause I just had neck surgery, but I cant even use this thing. The top piece has no suction cups so it flaps around and when I finally got the pillow to stick on, how bout when it came time for me to take it out of the garden tub, not ONE, TWO, OR THREE, BUT FOUR...YES FOUR, SUCTION CUPS CAME FLYING OFF. I weigh 110 lbs, I'm not that strong...its just however a cheap and horrible product!!! I hope this helps someone from wasting their money and time.

I live in the tropics and I have not yet had a major mold issue with this pillow although I bought it 8 months ago....
However our house cleaner did rip the back by pulling out the suction cups too hard....which caused a rip and now the water enters, so I need to buy another one. She was only pulling out the suction cups to clean it regularly because there was a little mold around them...but all and all it's been a good enough pillow to buy another one.

Ok, so I was VERY skeptical when I bought this bath pillow after seeing the reviews about mold and mildew forming on it, so when I purchased it, I waited before writing my review. SO here's the breakdown:
This pillow is the best. I bought 3 other bath pillows before and this one is simply better than the rest. It's very comfortable and conforming. It's the only one where I actually fell asleep in my tub due to it's comfort.
Now, to these reviews about mold forming on it, I think I know why you had this problem... YOU DIDN'T CLEAN IT!! This, like anything that gets wet, needs to be DRIED &CLEANED periodically. That's like expecting your clothes to never need to be washed. And as for the 'suction cups ripping' issue... the product is made out of a sort of plastic. It's durable but you can tell with an unreasonable amount of abuse, it will rip (like anything else)... I guess common sense isn't so common.
So to sum it up, just take care of it. Because mine is in the exact same condition as when I bought it 4 months ago and I use it 2-3 times a day.

I have had mine for probably five years, and it just now became waterlogged and had to be tossed. So glad to find BBB still carries it, and I will be rushing down to get another. This product is not of the inflattable kind, and feels more like soft leather. It has been terriffic.

It is soft, sticks well, and is comfortable. I have not had any molding or gross problems with it at all and, honestly, I haven't done anything really to prevent it. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is that I wish there was more to it, such as more cushioning on the head and neck area so when I lie back and relax, I have neck support as well as cushioning on my upper back. But, for the price, it is nice.

I was excited about finding a bath pillow where I could soak after a long work week and watch a movie. However, after only 1 use, the product failed apart. First, when I tried to adjust the pillow, many of the suction cups came loose from the product. Second, when I tried to put the suction cups back into the pillow, the vinyl ripped. It wasn't even worth the trip back to return. I just donated $20 to BBB.

Pillow stays in place and rarely needs adjustment . Needed one that supported my back and this fits the bill. My spa tub, which has a very comfortable curved back, is too long for me when I lie down and this added the inches I need. Simply press into place, making sure all suction cups are securely in place. May have to adjust one or two and re-adhere occasionally but they do stay in place. Very comfortable. Recommend.

I have had this pillow for a long time. It has not mildewed. It fits in the tub just fine. I am going to purchase another one because the suction cups are popping off and the pillow fills with water but I use it every day. It is comfortable and I am small framed with very bad arthritis in my back.

I loved the look of this great bath pillow! It did not, however, fit just right on my neck (which has chronic and continual pain), and I'm also short, which made it even more uncomfortable. I hate to do it, but I'll have to send it back. It's a great bath pillow - just not for me!

This pillow has changed my hard rigid tub into a floating cloud. The suction cups came out but that was an improvement. They can be removed with no leaks and then the pillow can be easily positioned. It stays in place as long as there is some pressure on it.
