I was directed to this product instead of an egg crate by another NYC university mom. She said this is expensive, but worth it bec student will use it over 4 years (4 yrs college dorms, no off campus apt option). I didn't care about that so much as my son getting a good night's sleep. If you sleep well, you have a good chance at successful day!!! He loves it, says he is sleeping well, that his bed is comfy. I paired it with the puffiest mattress pad BBB had on-line (Therapedic 500 Twin Extra Long Mattress Pad. The outcome is a solid night's sleep, which was the goal.

Mattress topper is too thin and short to fit a Twin XL bed. I purchased this for my son's dorm room. It is hard to squeeze the foam into the cover provided. When you put in on the bed, it's too narrow and you roll off the foam. Am returning the product - also a pretty steep price for a piece of unfhished foam.

This topper lost its support in 2 weeks and it is too narrow and short for a twin bed. I weigh 240 pounds and this did not provide lasting support for me.

i bought this topper last year for college: after sleeping for a semester on the thin, vinyl mattress in the dorms, i realized how it was taking a toll on my deep sleep. i bought this and am now so comfortable! It was a great purchase. The only problem: it's not long enough for the twin XL found in most dorms, so there's about two or three inches that the pad doesn't cover. And, because of the horrid vinyl material of the mattress, the topper slides around, and I've woken up to the topper being halfway off the bed. I bought sheet straps, clipped one end to the topper and the other to the seam on the mattress on the other side, and that fixed the problem.
Overall a great product for the price.

We bought a new bed was which perfect for my wife but too firm for me... hip and back pain. I bought this topper at the recommendation of a BBB staff member. Wow, she nailed it for my needs. It gives me the support I need yet has a soft, luxurious feel. No more pains and I sleep the best I have in a long time. Only negative is that it is a bit short and narrow. I put it on my side of a king size bed. I can live with this because it is 100% right for me otherwise. Very satisfied after trying a latex topper (too soft, no support) an extra thick mattress pad (again, no support).

Great topper for college bunk

Although this is comfortable, the edges are still rolled up and uncomfortable. We thought they would flatten out over time however, after 2 weeks, still folded, squished and not flat.
