I'm surprised at the negative reviews on this product. I love it! Saves on a ton of space and the shoes are easily viewed, off the dusty floor and easily organized. You cold probably even just throw a sheet over the entire rack to keep them from getting dusty. Or maybe I'm the only one with a dust problem. :)

I actually like this shoe rack. Its not spectacular, but for what I paid I wasn't expecting that. I wish I had seen the 6-tier one (on another site) first because now I wish I had more tiers and my original plan of combining two sets won't really work.

I have had my shoe tree for at least three years and it's still holding strong. I'm ready to purchase another one simply because I have a shoe obsession. This product was easy to assemble and works exactly as it says it will. No complaints here! The price is appropriate.
I would recommend it to anyone looking to save space and organize their shoes.

Lots of problems with the design.

1) Base is not heavy enough nor wide enough, so it tips over.

2) The poles dont slide into each other deep enough, so you have less than 1 inch holding each pole together, which means it will not only tip over, the top racks will fall off.

If you can weld the racks together and add about 20 pounds to the bottom, it might work, otherwise, its just really poorly made and cheap. Wish I could get my money back.

Skimpy Instructions

I'm returning the one I bought in the store. The instructions are too skimpy,and I have no patience with poor instructions. Either I can assemble easily and quickly, or back it goes, and I get on with my life. Ten minutes out of the box, I knew this one was going back.

I had never shopped at a BB&B until I moved here a year ago. I think this was probably my last purchase. After all the hype, I've been surprised at the mediocre quality of many of their products.

This is a great product for the price we paid. I'm sure if you were to pay for a more expensive shoe rack you would get better quality, but this fit the bill for us. Some reviewers have had issues with wobbliness, and upon assembly ours was wobbly too, until I went in and tightened all the screws with a screwdriver. Now it is very sturdy. It is simple to assemble and looks great. and has made shoe storage much simpler in our tiny apartment. It could even be assembled to only two tiers if you preferred. Don't have any complaints.

I loved the idea of this shoe tree. It seemed perfect. I was so excited about getting it out of the box only to find that once assembled it was a wobbly piece of poo. And yes, it was assembled correctly. I still got to use it, but after about a month of organization, it broke. I did not spend $30 on a disposable shoe rack.

I am completely disgusted with this product and DO NOT recommend that you waste you money.

This product is very cheaply made it does not hold the shoes for nothing. if you were putting little kids and toddlers shoes or just flip flops on it, it would be an ok choice. but i highly would not reccommend it. i wear an 8 1/2 and have A LOT of pairs of shoes, sandals, boots, dress shoes, etc. and i was lucky to put 10 pairs on it without it falling over, and thats with the weight evened out. it broke fairly easily. terrible product

I love this shoe rack! I have a small foyer and do not want my messy teenagers to wear their shoes in the house. I have the shoe rack placed on a boot tray I purchased at Home Depot (you can also get the boot trays at Walmart for about $5.00). ALL of their sneakers fit on this rack. It really does hold a lot of shoes! My husband is a lawyer and he has many dress shoes. I have dress shoes, teenagers' sneakers, my shoes and my five year old's shoes on there. It hardly takes up any space in my foyer. It's WAY better than the stupid racks I had before. The racks took up too much space on the floor. My boys simply refused to take the time to place their sneakers on racks. This rack comes up pretty high & they have been using it!! It's VERY easy to put together. It took my husband 5 minutes. It's extremely sturdy. There is a weight in the bottom that prevents the rack from tipping over. The chrome finish makes it look nice, not like a shoe rack!! I totally recommend this!

This is the best shoe rack because it is columnar with a small foot print, taking up much less space than the usual floor shoe rack. Easy to assemble. I am stacking size 6 shoes and they fit easily. I would recommend this for smaller shoe sizes to be the most functional.

This shoe rack was very difficult to put together. The plastic screw holes were too small for the screws. I bought two of them and was only able to put one together and it is not very sturdy. It is also difficult to turn because there is not enough space between the racks for the shoes. I wear size 7. I will have to make another trip to the store to return it. I would not recommend this product.
