I bought this three years ago and it was working well. I always had this with me in my carry on bag and was quite useful especially at airports abroad where they are strict about the weight of even carry on luggage. However a few months ago it stopped working. I changed the batteries but it did not work. Just before that, it was giving inaccurate reading for a few days and then it broke. I would have given even five stars if it breaks down after 5 years. But in less than 3 years? Not morre than 3 stars

I love this product because it takes the guessing out of packing. I also packed this product on my trip for the return. It makes life a lot easier for the frequent traveler. My husband also loves this product very helpful when visiting family.

I was really surprised because usually digital appliances always let me down. But this scale has been accurate everytime I've used it. I still have yet to take it on a trip with me but my family members have borrowed it and it's very useful! I definitely recommend this product to anyone. I'd buy it as a stocking stuffer for x-mas. My uncle actually got the regular old school scale. But yes a travel luggage scale is a must nowadays in traveling. And for its price you can't go wrong.
