We love this comforter. I will say that it is heavy and unless you live in a cool climate or plan on rolling it down in the summer and using a sheet and blanket it could make you sweat. We love the quality and workmanship. It's even better than we hoped. Warning: one review said it smelled bad- our comforter smelled just fine but the toss pillow definitely smelled moldy or mildewy (as if warehouse flooded or something). We exchanged the toss pillow in the store for one that smelled just fine. We couldn't be happier. Take care & God bless.

Looks good, smells bad

I received my new comforter this morning. It looks very much like the picture and is very handsome. It seems to be good quality but unfortunately it has a very foul odor. I hung it in the backyard nearly all day to get some fresh air and sunshine, but it still smells bad, very bad.

Before sending it back, I'm going to take it to the dry cleaners and explain the problem to them. I hope it works because it looks so nice (but smells so bad).

Beautiful Rich Looking Comforter

This comforter looks so "rich" and elegant. My walls are a deep/medium gold and it goes great. I also wanted something with red in it. Very pleased with my purchase. I had this comforter picked out a long time before I "bit the bullet" and purchased it. This was by far the most expensive comforter I have ever purchased but it was worth it. I did wait for a 20% off offer. Will probably purchase the throw pillows at a later time.
