i had to returned the first one because the pressure of the pump was so poor that the water did not dispense!! returned for a replacement because i thought i bought a lemon! i was so disappointed when the water from the spout came out sideways into the unit itself. pressure from the pump was still weak!! two defective units? i don't think so! just a bad product!!

We are big coffee drinkers and have found that this airpot does not keep the coffee hot very long. Certainly not 8 hours as advertised. Perhaps 2-3 hours or less.
Even when we preheat it with boiling water, it still does not keep it hot very long. Extremely disappointed with the purchase.

I just purchased this airpot for my sons soccer team. I used it during a fundraiser and it kept the coffee extremely hot with every cup I served. I did pre heat the pot and it works fabulously! I like it because it's hold a large amount before having to refill. I'm ordering another one today! Thanks.

I purchased this pumpmaster to keep cocoa hot during my garage sale. It kept it piping hot during the eight hours and beyond. Absolutely love it! It will come in handy for many other events. Would definitely recommend to others.

Was very disappointed in this airpot. It did not keep coffee hot for very long, it was actually cold after a couple of hours. I DID add the hot water before putting in the coffee and it did not help at all. I think I will look for an airpot with a glass liner as that might make a difference.

I purchased this airpot in-store to keep hot chocolate during my daughter's travel softball tournaments. Just used it over the weekend in frigid temperatures and my hot chocolate was still hot 8 hours later and still warm enough to drink at the 12 hr mark. It looks hefty and expensive and holds a lot of liquid. Remember to let hot water sit in it for 5-10 mins before putting in your piping hot beverage. Make sure your drink is near boiling temp when you put it in to ensure all day enjoyment.
