Decent Handheld

I bought this handheld thinking it would be great to suck up all the cat hair stuck to my bedspread and couch. However, it didn't really work at all. The good thing to this handheld is that it works great on hardwood or tile. Depending on what you want it for should determine whether or not your buy it.

I have always like Shark products until I bought this vacuum. However, I had were some issues with this vacuum. The charger is really hard to plug into the vacuum due to the plug location and the filter cup must be exactly the right spot in order for the vacuum to close. Most importantly though---buyer beware of the battery. The battery on the shark will die out and stop holding a charge after 4 months of use, even if you follow their use directions or charging. Good luck getting any warranty help from Shark as battery replacements are not given, but they are sure to offer to sell you one. I found their "oh well" attitude to be rather disappointing and would recommend for others to look elsewhere for their cordless vacuum, I sure will.

Small, compact and lightweight. It gets the job done well and I love that it does not require a chord. It takes a long time to initially charge, but it is worth it. I love it!

We only used this product a couple dozen times before the charging cable stopped working. When we called customer service they told us the cable wasn't covered on the warranty and it would be $17 to send us a new one! Save your money, stay away from this one.
