Bought 2 sets and found both sets stacked put the bed a little too high for me. I have balance issues and it is easy for me to fall. I am 5'3". I needed under the bed storage. I returned one set and the other set has worked well for me. My cat likes having the additional room under the bed, which is where he goes whenever strangers are in the house. Now I need additional storage so I am considering buying another set to try stacking them again since I found a lovely low footstool I can use at bedside.

Bed Risers

The bedframes for the twin beds in my guest bedroom were different and they lifted the box spring and mattress of each bed to different heights. I bought a set of risers for the lower bed, and it was lifted to the same height as the other bed. I didn't even have to remove the casters for the legs to fit into the risers, which are a very generous diameter and extremely sturdy. Don't buy cheap plastic risers; spend a few dollars more and get these terrific wood risers.

These are amazing! It brought up my bed and I can now store things in an organized way. The only thing is after 2 years, the wood starts for crack. Even though it has a crack it still holds strong. I think it cracked because I remember my brothers jumping on the bed that must have done it. don't let anyone jump on the bed! you don't want it to crack. But they will not shift at all! So even though my brothers were jumping on the bed, the blocks did not move, they are such a great product. Buy it!

Nice, sturdy, attractive - unfortunately, they were not wide enough for the legs of our sofa and loveseat. I gave one set to each of my children for bedrisers in their college apartments. They were pleased with the results.

I brought these because I live in a small 1br apt in NYC. My bed is mahogany and I was pleasantly surprised to find these in this color. The double stack is sturdy and nice looking. I can store so much under my bed now!!!! FYI, my bed legs are 2inch(w) rectangular. The legs fit perfectly in the circle part of the block.

I saw these and thought they were great because the bed raiser i have are black ugly plastic and they don't stack to adjust the height, BUT sadly there is no way that the legs of my dorm room bed would fit because the hole it round and the typical dorm bed has big fat square legs, but these would work on a futon. So double check with your college before wasting your money on something that wont work
