Doesn't cook right

I have the same experience with this ricecooker as the first review. Rice got burn on the bottom, too dry in the middle but too wet on the side. Dont tell me I dont know how to cook rice coz I know how to cook it since I was little and I eat rice every day for my whole life. With the other rice cookers, I can even keep the rice warm without any burning for 2 days. With this one, no way, better unplug it as soon as possible to save your rice.

I registered for this rice cooker and received it as a wedding gift. First, it doesn't cook rice well at all. I read all materials and followed the instructions exactly, but my rice always came out burnt at the bottom and rice goo boiled over the sides. The metal latch for the lid rusted after only a few uses.

I decided that since I couldn't use it to cook rice, I'd use it as a steamer since it came with a steamer basket. This only worked out for me once because the plastic steamer basket warped and would not stay in place. When I put veggies in the basket, it fell inside.

Do not waste your money on this. I wish I had kept the box so I could have returned it.
