Two-Tier Adjustable Garment Rack

Made of heavy-duty chrome tubular steel, garment rack is easy to expand and adjust to accommodate almost any garment. The vertical bar adjusts depending on your storage needs, while the middle horizontal bar can be assembled at three different heights so you can hang short or long clothing. The commercial grade-locking rubber wheels on the casters make the rack easy to move. Two-year limited warranty. Measures 74" H x 46" W x 19" D. When items are evenly distributed, the weight capacity is 75-pounds.

I purchased 2 racks one year ago. So satisfied that I purchased 2 more. Follow the instructions for assembly and weight restrictions. I have used the racks to create my own closet organization based on my budget. Would prefer smaller wheels and locks on all 4 wheels not just 2.

Not Very Good

Purchased 2 of these racks last fall. Unfortunately, did not read any reviews before purchasing. If I had, I would not have purchased. Was looking for some for space purposes and although the racks met this requirement, the durability requirement they did not. Racks started to lean after 2 weeks. Now looking for another option to meet both needs. Would never purchase again.

The weight limit was not mentioned on the box. I put it completely together only to find out that it wouldn't hold my fabric sample books. It's going back. What a waste of time.

Save the aggravation and just buy the folding rack

This was a big disappointment. Sorting clothes from the closet it looked ok until I tried to move the rack...then all 4 wheels bent. it was not even full. I wanted something smaller than the rack I already had but I was wrong. Assembly is easy enough but it isn't worth the money. Buy the more expensive rack that folds for easy storage and you can hang TONS of things, drag it everywhere and NEVER worry about getting another one. Save yourself the aggravation, time and money...don't buy this one!

We exceeded the recommended weight and ended up with 2 expensive and worthless racks. Don't think they would have held a much lesser weight.

Worst directions ever.

Bought the rack to store extra clothes. The assembly directions have pictures that correspond to most of the parts included - not all. The parts are not labeled according to the directions. The tubes look sturdy enough but it took me a while (trial and error) to figure out how to assemble it. I don't know what the other reviewer was talking about (disks?) there were screws that were sturdy enough to hold the parts together and it was easy to assemble using the allen wrench that was included. I would recommend assembling the rack with the adjustable bar that creates two tiers for the extra support that it will provide to the center pole. Shame on BBB for contracting with such a sloppy vendor. I wouldn't want my name on the box!

Poor Design

Got the rack. Came with assembly instructions which were easy to follow. The quality of the materials used, (ie) the steel tubing, wheels, etc. is good.
However, the tubing is connected together using cheap metal disks over which the end of the tubes fit. Disk and tubing are then screwed tight by hex head bolts. The bolts are made of a very soft, cheap metal which deforms at the hex head into just a hole that can not be tightened any further. Put all together the rack looks great. But pulls apart at the top joints and mid joints with almost no effort.
It could have been just what I wanted. But, it's going into the garage sale. I'll take 5 bucks to be rid of it.
