I love this machine it cuts up all my veggies even my Carrots tomatoes onions sweet red orange yellow peppers mushrooms potatoes omg the list goes on.
Taco night so easy and all my salads, soups and there is so much I do with this machine. When my electric went out I still was able to make salads fast and easy. Thank you for who ever came up with this I wish I had this 20 yrs earlier. My grand babies can help me cut up Veggies Fruits with out using knives so nice. I love the two grates ? for cutting and I only wish there was one more just a bit bigger for fruit.

We have owned this chopper for years and have gotten many uses out of it. Recently, the plastic pieces that connect the top part had broken so we needed to replace it. I went a few days without it and couldn't wait buy a new one as that was the only way I like to chop onions! We had it for quite some time and probably had put too much into it causing it to break so we were okay with having to replace it. Excellent chopper for onions!

I love my chopper, it is the best tool that I have in the kitchen. I make a turkey chili with all kinds of peppers and vegetables and it takes no time at all and also I make my potato salad with it, first I use the larger chopper for the potatos and then the small one for the onion. I highly recommend it.

This chopper is wonderful for chopping veggies such as radishes, carrots, onions, cucumbers, etc. It doesn't come with the larger size screen as the Vidalia does, but the quality of the smaller one is the same and is interchangable with the Vidalia.

I have had my Progressive chopper for 3 or 4 years now and love it. It may take a little longer to clean but with the time I save in chopping (and no more tears!) I am thrilled with this product. The tab on mine also broke but I was able to use it until it finally came off completely this weekend while doing sauce for a pasta dinner at our church. The ladies there saw who quickly I was able to chop peppers and onions and I am sure they too will be buying one : )

I do love the chopper however I will soon be purchasing my 3rd. Both the 1st and 2nd have broken in the same spot. The little tabs on the side that the lid fits on to. The first one was the left side and the 2nd was on the right side. I don't put the recepticle portion in the dishwasher and that is the only piece that breaks. They were both over a year old when they broke so do not know how I could possibly exchange.
It is such a good chopper that now I cannot be with out it. I would love to see the same concept with metal hinges.

Best thing going for chopping uniform sized veggies. If making salsa or chutney, use the smaller blade. Fast, efficient and fun!. Keep outer layer of onions, tomatoes, etc. 'up' for crisp cutting. Place left hand (if right-handed) on hinges to give added support when depressing lever. Have given one to all family members and they love it!
