Very helpful to me for sore neck / tight muscles. I use this when I sleep at night.
Might not be large enough for a larger man, but I am medium sized woman and it helps support my neck comfortably.
can also be used for travelling.

The Therapedic Memory Touch Neck Pillow is the best! I have arthritis in my neck and need a neck pillow to sleep. This one is the most comfortable...never making my neck get hot. The best part is the pouch that holds a packet you can either freeze or microwave if your neck needs heat or ice therapy. Awesome product!

A bit small

I have had multiple horseshoe pillows. This is my first memory foam version. Great feel that actually feels like quality memory foam. My only complaint is it's a bit small for someone with a medium to large neck. My recommendation to Therapedic is they should make these in about 3 sizes.

My cervical vertebrae are a mess thus for years I've owned no less than two of these pillows at a time. I use one for sleeping and the other in the living room for TV watching, etc.

These pillows are the only thing that has saved me from being a daily vistor to the chiropractor, pain management or surgeon.

Given their extensive use I probably go through 2 pillows per year but consider them well worth the expense.

I understand this pillow is considered a 'neck pillow' for traveling, however this little piece of heaven has been a god send to me for sleeping at night. If you hate having your ear pinned down or suffer from ear infections from time to time then this pillow is for you!!! I simply place it on my regular pillow at night and then my ear positions perfectly in the middle while the rest of it fits the sides of my face (i sleep sideways) so my ear stays free of bieng pinned down all night and the rest of me gets a plush memory foam cloud of comfy to sleep, i highly recommend it to anyone with ear issues.
Finally on top of my main use, it's also great for travel neck pillow, putting face in for massage, using it between your knees for back support, it's a great investment for anyone that appreciates comfort, other neck pillows made of beads or polyster fill etc don't even come close to this one - it's not a cheap foam either, it's real proper memory foam that molds to customize you.

My fiance and I needed to get a neck pillow for a 16 hour flight to Dubai and then to India. We tried it in the store and thought it would be fine but when we sat down and got comfortable before the flight we put it around our neck and looked at each other disappointed. First, it is really stiff, it doesn't give at all. It doesn't contour around the neck. Second, the ends wrapped around our neck to the point where it actually felt like it was choking us. So we ended up putting it on the floor the whole flight. I would not recommend this for anyone.

For years I woke up with a stiff neck. I tried more pillows than I can count to get a good night's sleep. This pillow is perfect! It is a little stiff at first, but it gets softer with use and now I can't sleep without it. I take it with me on the plane and to hotels when I travel. It is invaluable for a good night's rest and I don't have a stiff neck when I wake up anymore. Highly recommend!

I love this pillow. It's great to use when traveling in the car for a long trip. I would definitely recommend it. It's soft and very comfortable and retains its shape without being stiff.
