Have been looking for a long time. Finally came up with a highly rated filter. Works quietly. Looks good. My wife's asthma has improved and amount of dust in bedroom has been greatly reduced in short time we have been using. Will buy another one for livingroom.

I have 6 small animals that all live in the same room with me. This air filter cleaned the air so fast! Its so incredibly easy to breath now. Such an amazing product! It really makes a difference.

What a relief!!

I purchased this unit because I live in a condo and the person who lives under me is a heavy smoker. I could smell cigarette smoke all throughout my unit and was having difficulty breathing and waking up with a stuffy nose. I put the unit in my bedroom. After the first night my husband and I noticed a difference in the air. The air was much cleaner and fresher in our bedroom. When we walk out of the bedroom into the hallway we can smell the smoke again. We plan on purchasing some other units. This unit really works. Thank you Blueair for providing us with cleaner air!!!

Purchasing the Blueair 203 Air Purifier has really helped to clean the air in my bedroom. I live in a condo and the neighbor under me is a heavy smoker. I can breath easier at night and I am not stuffy in the mornings. I need to purchase 2 more of these to place in other rooms. I love that it offers 3 settings. I turn it to the lowest level at night because I'm a light sleeper and the noise doesn't bother me at the lowest setting. Thanks Blueair for helping me to breath better!!!

Amazing Product

I purchased two Blueair units after reading excellent reviews on this product. One for my son who is highly allergic to dust mites, mold, and cat dander. The other for my bedroom as my husband and I suffer from normal seasonal allergies which in Texas covers pretty much the entire year. First, we all noticed a significant change in the quality of air in our bedrooms within a couple of days. The air actually smelled fresh and clean! Then within a week we also noticed a significant improvement in our allergies. No more stuffed up noses, dry eyes and throats, coughing, etc. We all feel better and sleep better at night. I also noticed how little dust is accumulating on the furniture which is a great plus for me who has to do all the dusting. Overall I can honestly say this product has exceeded all of our expectations. We are VERY HAPPY with our Blueair purifiers and would without hesitation recommend them to everyone.

The Blueair is the best air purifier I've ever used. When I leave the room where my Blueair 203 is located, the difference in the air quality is stunning. The nose knows, and so does the throat.

The unit, which is metal, is very well made, and is extremely quiet. At night I can barely hear it. It is also very easy to keep clean, which is important to me.

Also, the adjustment knob is rugged and sure, and I like the subdued blue light that glows on the front. Even in the dark I know where the Blueair is.

Finally, the filter is a snap to replace.

Highly recommended, and a necessity for good health.

Great Purifier

We're very happy with this purifier. I have horrible allergies, and tho this hasn't truly been put to the test since Summer is when I suffer, I CAN say the air definitely feels a LOT fresher even now.

One thing BB&B should include in their description that kinda got me tho, is that this thing is HUGE. Plan on finding a place on the floor for it (we had planned to put it on a nightstand, but at 21" tall, 8" deep and 17" wide, that isn't happening). Also the intake is from the back, and it puts the clean air out over the top - so don't place it right below a plant, and give it some space around the intake.

It also has what seems like a small blue LED light on the front that really glows at night. We used a small piece of black electrical tape to cover it because it was so bright at night. So that's easily fixed. We have it in our bedroom, and I can say it's no louder than your average fan. To us it's fine, but you can hear it. It's well worth it however!

Even with the shiny blue light, and some fan-like sound, it's worth every penny and I love it!

Be sure to get the correct replacement filter - the website is currently listing one attached to this product that is not the correct one. You'll want the long, flat filter for the 200 series, not the round one that goes with the 100 series (as listed here currently).

Either way, BB&B is great about returns & I have to say their C/S will always fix anything that isn't quite right.

BTW, the filter is a snap to remove & replace, and the machine even comes with a remote device that will alert you when it's been 6 months so you can put in a new filter.

We will eventually order another one of these for downstairs, possibly this Summer. Great purchase! :)
