I never write reviews, but I had to share because his thing is incredible. The cutout in the middle and the rounded foam under your neck are amazing... even the side foam, (for side sleepers), is insanely comfortable. I've never seen foam like this before. Another sing was that my 3 cats who almost always get along, now fight over this pillow. And my cats that never slept on the bed with me before, now wake me up at night by trying to share the pillow with me. This pillow has literally changed the sleeping dynamic in my entire house.

+I have been using PILLO1 for about three weeks and it has really helped my neck problem which developed from too many years of long hours of grading papers. It supports my head in such a way that I cannot go back to a regular pillow and I take it with me if I am spending the night away from home.

Not Good for Side Sleepers

Even though the video shows that you can sleep on your side with this pillow I found it way too hard. When I slept on my side I woke up with my ear hurting. Even when I tried sleeping on my back I woke up with my neck hurting. Do not recommend this pillow and took it back to the store.

I have had neck trouble and pain for years - from two car accidents and too much time at a computer. Xrays show a reverse curve. I feel like I have tried every pillow ever made - and this one is the only one that saved me. I now literally won't leave home without it. I notice the difference after just one night. I have been able to adjust to sleeping on my side on the ends, and on my back in the middle just fine.
I'm an actress and I travel a lot for work, work long crazy hours and I super thankful to not have chronic neck pain anymore. I'd say it's about 80% gone.

straight neck

I can see where this pillow would work for some but, it did not for me. I seem to have a delicate straighter neck with less of a natural curve. The first few nights I had this I thought it was great but, as time went by, I realized that I started waking up with more stress on my neck than usual.
I think basically the support under my neck was too high. Another issue I was having was , if you sleep on your side , you have to move your whole body to the left or right and if you share a bed , that just doesn't work , mainly because the pillow is so large it already takes up half the bed. And if I scooted the pillow itself to the outer side, I'd clear off my night stand. I found myself kind of half in the hole and half out. sometimes using the center support as i side slept . Jacking my neck up. It's advised not to do that but, when you're asleep, you don't know you're doing it. After a week of so, I developed vertigo so, I returned it. I bought the Natura Dream Mate Pillow. It ended as soon as I stopped using the Pillo-1 and started using the Natura.

I have a history of neck problems. I had neck surgery 20 years ago. I started having problems again and began looking for a cervical pillow.
I found Pillo1 and decided to try it because it looked much better than the cervical pillow I had 20 years ago. It just looked like it would feel good.
It is the best pillow I have ever had. After hearing me talk about how much better I felt and how much better I was sleeping my husband wanted one. So, I ordered a second pillow for him. He is sleeping much better now, and credits the pillow with his improved sleeping.
So, today, I ordered a Pillo1 for my sister.
I will be buying more in the future for other family members.
The staff at Pillo1 is very nice and helpful.

What a magic pillow.I sleep much more soundly.
Once my head hits the pillo1 I sleep through the night. I used to wake up every two hours to turn over because of neck and shoulder pain .No more.
A big surprise was it also has relieved my jaw pain.
The pillow is so supportive my neck,, shoulders and jaw relax and I sleep great and wake up with no pain and no stiffness.What a dream.

I have had a bad neck for years and have tried a ton of "neck" pillows. This is the only one that works. It is a genius pillow and even allows for someone like me with a bad neck, to sleep on my side. Thank you Dr.Hall for creating this genius product, which has enabled me to get off pain-killers. Now you need to make a travel version - so I can take it with me when I travel. If anyone is thinking about this pillow, it is such a worthwhile investment.

I used to wake up quite often with a sore neck. After trying various other pillows with no positive change, I switched to Pillo1, and have been cured!! Pillo1 has been designed to properly cradle your neck and keep your spine aligned- it is a bit pricey, but worth every penny!! No more massages needed!! I have always been a side sleeper, and now usually start on my side with the Pillo1, and often wake up in the morning comfortably on my back, (which helps to prevent wrinkles too). Do yourself a favor and buy one today!!
