Looks are deceiving. This appeared to be a great product—better made than an inexpensive bamboo—with the plus of having an attached filtering liner. In less than two months, all three shade liners were disintegrating. Looking at the windows from the outside, it looks as if we're living in an abandoned house! Very disappointed—wonder if B. Smith would put her name on this product if she knew how shabby these were. Do not buy!

I bought these and they looked so beautiful, but after four months of direct sun light a lining paper is falling apart at the bottom of it... so sad :(

The shades are so pretty but very poorly made. I needed affordable roman shades for my office ( I have 6 small windows) and purchased them thinking that they were a great buy. But after I hung them all up, I noticed that they were wrinkled and seemed to hang unevenly. I thought that atter awhile, the creases would fall out but unfortunately, this has not been the case. Only 1 of the 6 windows looks how it should. I am really disappointed with the quality and definitely do not recommend them. I usually have much better luck at BB&B and am surprised they carry these.

These shades are pretty but are very cheaply made. I ordered one at first to see how I would like it. I liked it but it was broken when I opened it. I returned it and ordered the 3 I needed, thinking the broken one was just a fluke. Well, all 3 of the next ones were also broken upon arrival. One had the lining all coming apart. The other two had the bottom pieces falling off. They are just glued together with very cheap glue. Needless to say, I returned all 3.
