I was hoping this spice rack would eliminate the need to dig through my spice cabinet while preparing dinner each night. However, I'm finding many common spice aren't included, while others that I only use once a year are part of this set. I'm also finding it very difficult to remove the paper liner in each spice jar. It doesn't come out easily and find I need to bend the plastic cover to get access to the edge of the paper. The free refills are a perk, and for the price it's a decent deal.

This is something everyone needs to have in the their house whether they cook or not! The spices are so fresh & I use them all the time when I cook! If you go to a super-market & purchase the spices separetly, you'll be spending so much more then $40. It's a bargain & the spices are great.

I bought this for myself because I always wanted a spice rack. I've used most of the spices and they all taste good. I like that it's tall but not wide so I can have more counter space. I've had mine for about 4 years now with no scrapes or tears. My only complaint is that it's a little hard to clean on the sides but besides that I like it!

Simple Space-Saving Gift

My husband presented this spice rack to me as a Valentine's Day gift. We have limited counter space in our kitchen, so this is a boon to have. He purchased it from a brick-and-mortar store. We didn't experience any breakage in bottle form. I do agree with other posters regarding the labels on the tops. It'd be helpful to include blank labels for future use. Construction of the base unit is sturdy, spins nicely on the attached plastic rotating part.

One caveat: the 5-year spice deal isn't necessarily a deal because you pay a high rate of shipping when ordering new spices (bagged).

We received this from our bridal shower and I couldn't wait til we got married to open it and organize all the spices. I love the look and mine was in perfect condition, not a scratch or dent in the base. I do wish there were some more everyday spices and not the oddball ones like someone mentioned- but there's enough everyday ones that I do turn to it just about everyday for my cooking. Sometimes new spices are fun and make us try new recipes!

It does not come with enough basic needs seasonings. It is primarily oddball seasonings that you rarely use. Pros: It is a good looking product, fairly well made - not heavy duty though.

I registered and received this as a wedding present, love the design and the size of this spice rack. It contained 20 spices, most of my favorites and some new ones to try, HOWEVER when I opened it, it was dented on the top and one side making it hard to remove some of the jars on that side. Since I loved the design so much I exchanged it, but the second was dented also. I'm really not surprised because it's a very flimsy "metal" Too bad I'll have to find a different brand :(

It holds 20 jars and makes space for my counter top. The stainless steel gets a little dingy sometimes... but I keep it looking shiny with some lemon pledge. Great overall product... especially because it came prefilled with all the herbs and seasonings...
