The hand-operated mill purees and mills tomatoes, apples, carrots, potatoes, fruit sauces, soups and much more and it strains out seeds and skins. Includes 3 grids (1.5mm, 2.5mm & 4mm). The 1.5 mm small grid has holes for fruit sauces and tomato juice. The 2.5 mm medium grid has holes for purees and soups. The 4.0 mm large grid has holes for stringy vegetables, root crops, cooked lettuce, spinach, leeks, etc. 5-quart capacity. Made in France. Stainless steel. Model # X3.
