Not worth the money I spent on it.

I purchased this one since it was two tiered. But every time I move it, it falls over. The whole thing is leaning to the right like it is about to break. So not what I thought it would be for the money. Not sure what I will replace it with but need something. The last one that I purchased from here broke in two at the bottom. I had blouses all over the floor. Bummer. So the more expensive does not mean better craftsmanship. Be wary of this rack.

This is not as heavy duty as the name implies. If you have only a few items it would be great but when I put my garments on the rack and went to move it, the wheels broke off. I wouldn't recommend unless it's lightly used

Does NOT Fold For Easy Storage

I bought this to display merchandise at my booths at vendor events. I chose this one because the box says "folds for easy storage" and I wanted something easy to take down and store between events. It does NOT fold for storage. Only the bottom rectangular base folds. The rest of the pieces have to be taken apart and stored loose.
I only had it up for a few minutes, but it did seem much sturdier than other racks I've had in the past. Because it doesn't fold and store nicely I will be returning it.

The instructions would only seem unclear if you've asked a 4-year-old child to put this piece together. No lie, it took me less than 10 minutes to put it together, and almost 45 minutes to sort my clothes on the rack they way I wanted them! The piece is large, but the bottom brackets contract to make it more narrow, only this would result in the shoulders of your clothes running into each other. The rack is very strong and sturdy, and the stickers on the horizontal bars actually say that each bar holds 100 lbs at full capacity, not 80 lbs. The holes on mine aligned just fine, my only gripe is that there are only three different height settings on each bar, but this isn't big enough of a drawback to bump a star off the rating. If you need extra space to hang your garments, I would definitely recommend getting this piece. It is high quality, the wheels move smoothly, and it looks great.

Instead of having to build a closet, used this product with a room divider. Heavy duty, sturdy, and holds all clothes for which I needed hanging space. Great product.

Sturdy. Two bars, but at different heights make this product work where others fail. Also gives this stability. I have the extra space two bars provide, with the added benefit of being able to see what is hanging on the back bar.

I have been looking for a sturdy rack to hang out of season clothes. This one was affordable and had the dual racks I was looking for. It is perfect! I am able to hang many items without the worry of the rack falling apart. It took my husband less than 15 minutes to put it together. I am considering buying a second!

After buying a regular single-pole garment rack and watching it lean, fall, and become a big mess over several months, I finally went ahead and replaced it with this. Wish I had gotten this one to start with! SO much sturdier and you don't have to rely on a pole staying in a hole. All parts of this garment rack lock together and stay together.
I definitely recommend this rack over the cheap and shabby single-pole version. If you're deciding between the two, don't hesitate to spend a few bucks more for this one because you'll probably end up getting it anyway.

Good Quality but VERY BIG!!!

This product took about 5 minutes to put together. The instructions were easy to understand and it required no tools. All the parts snap together. It's sturdy, good quality and looks good!!! The problem is that it is very big and cannot be pushed against the wall. The back bar sits to close to the wall and the clothes hang crooked. Unfortunately had to return it for something smaller... :(

Love at first sight, I knew when I saw it all put together it was the rack I had been searching for I have 2 and will be purchasing 2 more this weekend. It has never fallen and I have more clothes than anyone I know personally. I am a stylist and enjoy collecting vintage clothing! I have purchased at least 10 other models in the past they always fell down. This rack is the truth!

Bought this item at the Towson, MD store on 1-13-11 and my BF (who is great at putting things together) was totally frustrated when the top bars were totally uneven. (I witnessed it and it was uneven and wobbly). After taking it apart and looking at the bars, he realized that one of the attached, fold down bars (it was welded on, thus realizing it was a manufacturers defect) had a misaligned hole, causing the finished product to be uneven, totally unstable and unusable. We had to place it back in the box, seal it up and I will be returning it back to the Towson store within the next few days. What bothers me is that there were only two boxes left of this item in the store (of course I pick the winner) but it seemed that it was returned back prior to my purchase. Now, I can't assume that BB&B knew it was a defective product BUT I will be telling them it is when I return it. Let's hope they send it back to the manufacturer and don't restock it back on the shelf.
