Window panels are a lovely addition to any window with corner weights sewn in for elegant drapability. The generous width gives a rich, full look to windows, while the classic styling enhances both formal and casual settings. Panels are also interlined for heat and cold insulation as well as for room darkening capabilities. Panels can be hung using rod pockets or back tabs. 100% silk with 100% cotton lining and 100% cotton flannel interlining. Panels are sold separately and measure 48" W. Rod pocket measures 3" and fits drapery rods up to 1 1/2" in diameter. Dry clean. Imported.

Not room darkening

Although they are very pretty, they are barely room darkening. Don't believe the description if you want room darkening curtains because these just don't cut it. I don't know if I'll keep them or not, but they are very pretty and the price is terrific.

Amazing Purchase

I just received these curtains and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Firstly, on clearance this is an AMAZING value for this product. I hesitated to buy these, but was worried for nothing. The drapes are made of 100% silk. Looks to be the "china silk" type. Then there are 2 layers of thermal/blackout material (fleece and cotton). Although the silk itself is the lighter, sheerer variety (this is not a heavier silk like a Dupioni), with the dual layer backing it feels heavier and it is a great thermal/blackout window panel. Additionally, I was very surprised to receive these curtains 4 calendar days after I ordered them online (with the free S&H option). Way to go BBAB! You are now my favorite online store.

Beautiful affect for the price

Have paid for the same look $2000 per panel - love the tecture, apple greeen color and the weight giving more lighter look than heavy silk.
Only problem I have that in March no store has them so have to order additional panels online.

disappointing quality

These panels looked so good in the picture and the color is great, but when I got them home they were very thin in comparison to the much cheaper set I already had from B B & B. Considering they cost $99 a panel they are very disappointing in quality. They are not properly room darkening as advertised, and of course are much scrunched up from being forced into small packages. To look like the photo they would have to be lined and interlined with much more substantial fabric. The photo therefore is misleading.
