My husband and I received 4 of these sets for our wedding 7 months ago. I love these now as much as I did when I registered for them! They are great quality, dishwasher safe, microwave safe, have not chipped or cracked, no scratches, they are amazing! What's even more, all of the matching pieces that you can add to this collection!!! We added the 4-pc appetizer plates and 2 pasta bowls and I love those just as much! The appetizer plates we don't use as often because they are rather small, but we use the pasta bowls all the time. We will be buying more pieces to add to our collection soon!

I put these dishes on my wedding registry because the reviews were outstanding compared to others. The reviews did not disappoint! The only problem I had was that no stores carry them! I hated paying for shipping on all of the items! None of mine had defects or cracks and I had eight sets sent to my home. I would recommend these to anyone. The black and off-white give a very classic and basic look that will go with any kitchen and last a lifetime! I bought the 3 bowl set and the platter and would recommend those also.

I like these dishes a lot- they look nice, are pretty durable, and are great for everyday use.

However, over half the sets I got from people on my wedding registry had manufacturing defects (like the trim being uneven, paint missing, etc.) or they were broken at some point before they got to me. Many plates had chips in them- the pieces weren't in the box, though, making me think they were broken before shipping or the store shelf.

It was frustrating to have to exchange so many, but now that I have a nice set I like them

I received a few sets of these as wedding presents, and I cannot believe how nice they are! I am very particular about my dishes, I don't like to eat off of dishes that feel like they could be hiding germs, and these are the best dishes I've ever seen to avoid that. They are so easy to clean, it's like any dried on food slids right off. But as a warning, the slick top applies to food too, so if you're taking a plate to go sit down, don't turn around too fast, or your food will go flying! But even so, these are the best dishes I've ever owned, and I will be going back to complete my set!

When we went into do our bridal registry, the service rep who helped us raved about the durability of these dishes, even to the point of throwing some of them around in demonstration. Anyway, knowing my likely hood to drop these dishes, I took that as a great selling point. I have to say that 2 years later I am very happy with my choice. They have an elegant style that I can match to any color scheme I want. And they have true to form been nearly unbreakable despite many drops. The only dish of mine that did break was a bowl that I hit against another bowl in the dish pan. (I guess kryptonite can break kryptonite.) Anyway, I would highly recommend these if you have kids that are going to be banging around on them and a family that isn't the most careful with their dishes.
