Great portable vacuum

This is a great product, from my perspective. It is true that cordless vacuums generally don't have long run times, and that is true of virtually any "dustbuster" type of product, including this one. But this vacuum has plenty of suction for quick cleanups and smaller areas. I'm pretty fussy but really like this product. It is my "go to" for any quick sprucing up required. I've used it for approx. 2 years and it has worked flawlessly. It still holds a charge lasting more than 5 minutes at close to peak suction. Maybe there are other products out there that I don't know about, but this reasonably priced vacuum has far exceeded my expectations. I was tempted by the Dyson, but, having purchased this one, I see no reason to spend the extra money. Very easy to empty as well and the included tool selection is more than adequate. If it ran for 15 minutes at full suction, I would give it 5 stars.

Battery life is absolutely horrible and it is extremely loud. I'm past the point of being able to return it so I will be throwing it away and finding something better.

Ultra-Complicated & Doesn't SUCK (in a good way)

Yeah so after being an owner of many Black & Decker Vacuums in the past, I decided to give this one a try. I was very disappointed in the quality especially for the price it was. Its also very complicated to use with so many different weird attachments that aren't very useful. I went back to using my old dustbuster that worked much better & was less complicated. This was returned back to BBB within a week of purchase.

Our family loves this compact light weight vacuum. We have purchased 3 of these. All are in use and so handy. I would highly recommend. The only CON is that the battery life could be improved.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! The suction is very poor and the battery time per use is 5 to 10 minutes, MAX! I normally like the Black and Decker products, but in this case, don't waste your money. Its not worth it!!
