This eco-friendly cookware features Cuisinart's GreenGourmet™ Ceramica™ nonstick technology. It is ceramic based instead of petroleum based, helping to conserve existing oil supplies, and the coating is applied at a temperature that is one-half that of conventional nonstick cookware. It is completely free of PTFE and PFOA. The cookware has hard anodized construction which provides high heat conductivity, requiring less energy to reach desired cooking temperatures. Riveted stainless handles stay cool on the stovetop and are made from 70% recycled stainless steel. Oven and broiler safe. Hand wash. Limited lifetime warranty.

I love, love, love this cookware. It has never let me down. Cooks evenly, clean up is easy and quick. You do need to "season" the pan before using which is easy and should do twice a year. I wonder if the people that gave these pans a bad review did that and you do need to use lower cooking temperatures. I am trying to cook healthier and these pans help me accomplish that. I also like that it can go in the oven and under the broiler for top browning and broiling foods. It's also good for the environment!

I purchased this cookware because it's PTFE and PFOA free. It worked very well for the first year, --much like other non-stick cookware. However, after about a year's usage, I found food, especially eggs, will stick without adequete oil. I've heard nonstick cookware will last longer if you heat an empty pan no higher than a medium heat, but that once the food is added, you can turn the heat higher to brown. Even though I've had to replace pans every year or so (much like any nonstick cookware), I've continued to purchase more pans each year as the safety is of utmost importance to me and the performance is good enough.

I was sorely disappointed. Looked good, easy cleanup but everything burned and could not keep heat low enough to cook vegetables to crisp tender, they just stuck to pan and scorched. I have changed it back to anodised 10 in and a T FAL 10 in. Perfect
results. Can I return this pan?

It started out as a love affair. Nothing stuck. Always washed by hand and with a soft nylon mesh. Didn't ever use steel wool. Over time it started to stick. I too called Cuisinart and was told I'd have to pay for return shipping. If you Google this product, you will see many "problem" blog reports. Only recommend it to your ex or someone you actually don't like. PS. I tried vinegar, baking soda, even soft mood music. NOTHING worked!

I recieved these pans at my wedding and I just love them. they are very durable and I haven't had anything stick to the pans. I was surprised to learn that they are hand wash only and I was a little nervous about that. I have not had any problems with washing, they clean up very nice!

Heard about these pans and had to try them. My Mom and I both bought one and we just love them. There is no sticking and I can hardly believe it myself. I was just waiting for the day the eggs stuck and broke. This just didn't happen. I just went back for the 12 inch and will continue to purchase these. They also clean up real easy. My other green pans are going in the garbage.

My 12" skillet is the best pan I have ever cooked with. Nothing has ever stuck to it. I can't speak for the other products in the green gourmet set, but my skillet never fails. I highly recommend this set for cooking. Lastly, be kind to the cookware and always hand wash!

Unfortunately everything sticks to the skillet. When I called customer service they informed me that I would have to pay for shipping both ways and tried to lead me in to saying we used an abrasive sponge on the pan. The CUISINART customer service was far from helpful.
