I LOVE LOVE LOVE all my Calphalon products. These pots and pans are great, but reguardless of what they say I would not put them in the dishwasher. It changed the color of mine.

Registered for them as a wedding present, took painstakingly good care of them, but after five months of using them, things started to stick. FIVE MONTHS. I really had high hopes for these since they really seemed to be sturdy, well-made pans... but I have to return mine.

Great looking product and nice to use but for the price I paid and given that this is a top-of-the-line Calphalon product, I did not expect to see the ugly scrathces on the surface of the skillets and pots after using them the first few times, despite my care in always using the coated tools when cooking. Is there someway to remove these scrathes?

Incredible Pans

My old pots and pans were losing their non-stick coating and I was desperate to get GOOD cookware this time. I had a hard time spending this much money, but they are so worth it! They heat evenly and well, they are really non-stick (I had to scrub my old "non-stick" pans to release food) and I've had great success using the dishwasher. I bought them after Christmas but waited to write this review to make sure that they held up to more than just a couple of washings. I use them daily and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

I received this set for Christmas. I've been using the same (very good quality) stainless steel cookware for over 35 years. The only reason I got this is because my son wants my 'old' for his apartment, and I thought that would be a great opportunity for me to get some new for myself.

I absolutely LOVE this cookware!! I made the best roast EVER...searing, adding onions and chicken stock (was out of beef) and threw it in the oven. Amazing!!

To protect the finish, I even made fabric 'rounds' to place between the pieces when storing. So in addition to beautiful cookware, it looks pretty darn good the way it's stored, too.

Would HIGHLY recommend this cookware. Worth every penny.

This Cookware is Fantastic If I new it was this good I would have paid more. You can't beat this cookware I was tired of buying new cookware every couple of years. I could tell when we bought the other stuff it just wasnt wright from the start. But this was a fantastic buy and wright now with the sale and promotions its even better. For some reason the food tastes better when its cooked with quality products. I agree with first review, I can't commint on second because we wash our cookware by hand anyways. This was my familys Best Buy of 2010.

i love this cookware. it heats evenly and it cuts down on my cooking time. i only use the plastic utensils to prevent scartching. i really do not put them in the dishwasher but the few (3 or less) times i have it has done fine. i wouuld tell anyone to buy this set. it is a great cookware set. you really do get what you pay for. well worth the money.

Great cooking - NOT dishwasher safe

I've had these for almost 3 months. Very happy with the cooking quality. Heavy, but in a good way. Lids rattle when the water boils, but not a big deal to me. I was very disappointed in the "dishwasher safe" (only reason I did not give this 5 stars). I opted for this more expensive line strictly for that aspect. Thankfully, the cooking surfaces seem to handle the DW fine - but the exterior of the pots/pans get gray/weathered looking. My brand new set looked ancient after only 2-3 washes. I'm back to hand washing - thankfully they clean up very easily.
