Unlike others who purchased this same product, I in fact think its an awesome item! Clearly either they didnt take the time to put it ogether right, or something. I in turn hammered all the poles to the plastic parts so that I dont have to deal with rods coming apart. I dont think it was hard to build and it looks amazing in my closet! Couldn't be more satisfied !!

I really wanted this to work out. The rods come apart and when you look...ALL your shoes are on the floor, you are once again putting this thing back together and starting over from scratch.

i was so excited to get rid of my shoe boxes and that was the biggest mistake ever, i literally watched this shoe rack brake into pieces at first i thought it was great then it started to lean then the metal bars started to pop out and to have to take 50 pairs of shoes off a shoe rack more than once was a pain

You have to assemble this shoe rack yourself, which usually I would be fine with, except that the rods do not fit well into the plastic sides. Once you manage to actually get the thing together, the rods will randomly fall out, causing a collapse of all of your shoes and the entire structure. The rack will lean to a side if the shoes aren't evenly distributed because the plastic is cheap and nothing fits right. Save your $40.

This product is pure garbage, plain and simple. Two or three months after I put it together it collapsed due to the weight of the shoes. Cheaply made and horrible looking. What do you expect? It's made in China, not in the US!! Do not waste your money!!! I had to put one star as rating because the system required me to do so. I would gladly give it -5 stars.
