I purchased this cake holder 1 year ago. In addition to using it as a cake pan I also have used it for punch, and dip with crackers. Just flip the whole bottom upside down place crackers around, fill with dip of choice.

I rarely make cakes, but I just found out this bowl can be used for a Christmas English trifle, in addition to a punch bowl, by inverting the bowl onto the base. It looks great, and makes a wonderful centrepiece.

Bought this over 3 years ago and it has no chips what so ever. I love how you can make it into a cake dome or flip it over to make it into a punch bowl. I got lots of compliments on this. Nice and sturdy. Glass isn't thin, it's very thick which I like. Very neutral so this won't ever go out of style.

My husband and I received this as a wedding gift and it's so great! It sits beautifully on display when I need it and is easy to store when I don't. I try to keep it stocked with cookies or muffins, but when I don't have time to refill, just store it in a cabinet and forget about it. Would be a wonderful gift to give out during the holidays!

Cheap price, but now I know why.

I was excited to purchase this cake dome b/c the price was super cheap and it was cute. I had a coupon so it ended up being $7.99! I got it home and immediately took it out of the box. The lid didn't fit correctly against the cake plate - it's b/c the plate is slightly crooked. Enough to notice if you're eye level, but not while standing up, and crooked enough to keep the lid from sitting correctly. I didn't want to bother with taking it back and wrote it off as a small defect since the price was so low. My husband says it's "unique". If I had paid more for this I would have definitely taken it back for a different one.
