Very happy with purchase

I purchased this rug 3 years ago for my entrance hall. I like that I can wash it in my own machine and it comes out great. It's held up very well but I did notice the last time I washed it the backing was starting to come off. I will get another one to have on hand since I had trouble finding a 40x60 rug.

These rugs are great! I bought four for my kitchen and with two cats and two dogs (and many washings), they haven't snagged and continue to look terrific.

Not Dog Friendly

I purchased two of these mats in different sizes for my front entryway. Because they were going in a high-traffic area, the non-stick backing and machine-wash features were big selling points. They look sharp, and being able to buy matching rugs in different dimensions was important for an awkward front hall. Unfortunately, one rug barely lasted two days before several loops were pulled loose by my small dog. She's never managed to cause much damage to anything, so I blame it on the rug. These may be great rugs for a pet-free home, but otherwise I'd suggest looking for something more durable.

...and pull out quickly. Not for high traffic areas or for families with multiple dogs. We bought 8 of these rugs but after only 2 months, all but two have multiple loops pulled out. We use them in our front hallway and family room. we have 3 medium sized dogs and the primary reason we bought these was so that our older dog wouldn't slip on the floors. Will eventually replace but will not buy this brand again.

I have several in both the black and beige taupe. They are at every entry door (on hardwood floors), plus in front of the sofa and just outside the kitchen (for the dog) and one for me at the kitchen sink. Between the two of us we give them a run for the money. A quick shake outside often and regular warm wash every couple of weeks with a quick dry on medium setting, they come out great every time. We love them and highly recommend!

Pretty, not Tough

I bought these rugs because they are all cotton and therefore washable - important to me because of my dust allergies. I did, however, consistently disregard the instructions to wash the rugs - the lovely beige & taupe color, placed in my kitchen for kitty's comfort - in cold water, on gentle cycle. Alas, they did not bear up to weekly washings in HOT water and repeated dryings. They are now relegated to the basement. The loopies just came un-done with my constant hot water washing. Still looking for tough, beautiful cotton rugs!

These rugs are the perfect touch

These rugs are priced well for the quality. I bought them in the brown color in the largest size, the runner and the medium size. They are not thick, plush rugs if that's what you're looking for. They are too large to put in my washing machine so I don't know how they'll hold up. I placed them over my hard wood floors in the high traffic area leading from the garage to the kitchen where our dog loves to great us when we come home. The beige color around the brown is more of a taupe which is hard to find.

SMALL BUT TOUGH

Bought it to try in the bathroom but it was too small. It was too nice looking to return so I tried it in the bedroom on husband's side of the bed and he likes it so much he won't let me return it! I wanted to purchase the longer matching runner to use in the bathroom but the runner was 1-1/2" too wide - darn it! Had to buy a cheaper style runner somewhere else for the bath.

The rug is the perfect color and size. I put it in front of my french doors. It lays flat and has a very elegant look. My dog runs in and out all day; with no signs of paw prints. I have not put it in the machine, so I do not know how it will hold up. I really think it is a nice rug.
