Creases along the fold lines were so deeply imbedded in the fabric even ironing with steam did not remove them. The solid color, spa, still had fold lines and wrinkles. The stripes on the other panels somewhat hid the creases.

Beautiful and Practical

I bought six panels in the green "Spa" color and am so pleased with them. I did not purchase them for their room-darkening or thermal features, so those are bonuses. They look beautiful on the gorgeous rods I purchased to go with them. We placed three panels on our SGD to the deck and three in our living room windows, which face the SGD across the room. We have received so many compliments on these curtains. They really compliment our hardwood floors and furniture.

Facing direct West, in 110 degrees, these are definitely NOT "room darkening" and NOT "thermal" but they help and after you steam them to get all the creases out they hang nicely. The picture online and on the package is not correct representation. You will need to buy the liners from Sleep Foundation (sold here) if you want noise, thermal, and full darkening benefit. Note: the length is the full panel, the grommet /rod hole is about 2 inches from the top, allow for that difference so your draperies don't hang like "high water pants" too high off the floor!

The "Blocks out light and noise" is an exaggeration. Diffuse light would be a more accurate description with sound reduction almost nonexistent. Would not recommend these drapes if light and/or sound reduction is a criteria for your drapes.

I hung these drapes over a sliding glass door to my patio. I am very impressed by the light blocking and the material. They are nicely made, nicely lined and look very elegant.
