Love this knife. It slices through a turkey in no time; love it also for slicing meats. Keep your hands off the meat and on the slicer and you'll slice with perfection!

I got this for a Christmas gift and used it for Christmas Eve to cut a Brisket, all it did was shred the meat. Tried this knife again for a pork loin and it made 2 nice slices then shredded the meat! We took it back - Now we are looking for another, better quality knife. Don't waste your time or money!

Comes with a Case a Big Plus!

I bought this as a gift for a friend. I have a different model and mine did not come with a case. This one does, which is a big plus because the blades are VERY sharp and dangerous if you have to just leave them sitting around loose in a drawer. It also comes with a carving fork, which is a nice perk.

My friend sent me a text message when she used her knife for the first time to let me know how much she LOVED it! She has used it for meat and crusty bread so far and said that now that she has one, she doesn't know how she has lived without an electric knife up to now!

The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because I haven't personally used this model and can't vouch for it compared to others except by my friend's review.
